The Cinch DMS-TPTM Dry-mated Sealed Connectors are designed for harsh environment applications, meeting the highest safety standards. Ideal for the Oil and Gas industry and other demanding sectors, these connectors offer proven effectiveness in the presence of oil, gas, sand, mud, hydrocarbons, and salt. They are engineered to withstand extreme changes in temperature, pressure, humidity, and intense vibration. These dry-mated sealed connectors provide a cost-efficient, high-performance solution with nickel-plated brass shells offering excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and resistance to biological fouling. Reliable water tightness is ensured by two O-rings in the coupling interface. The scoop-proof design facilitates blind mating and enhances pin integrity.
