Bel Fuse / Cinch MIL-STD-1553 Bus Couplers are designed to facilitate the connection of multiple devices within a redundant, deterministic, serial data bus system. These couplers connect to the bus through stubs, providing essential shielding, isolation resistors, and transformer interfaces for Remote Terminals, Bus Controllers, or Bus Monitors. They support single or multiple stub connections, with unused stubs left unterminated. For bus termination at the end of the line, an external resistor is required. Bel Fuse / Cinch also offers complementary products such as terminators, RFI Caps, cables, and cable assemblies for complete MIL-STD-1553 data bus link solutions.
