Bel Fuse TEBC 1001 MIL STD 1553 Bus Coupler Providing Shielding Isolation and Transformer Interfaces
Product Overview
The MIL-STD-1553 specification supports the connection of multiple devices through a redundant, deterministic, serial data bus. Bel Fuse / Cinch's MIL-STD-1553 Bus Couplers are designed to connect these devices via stubs. These couplers provide essential shielding, isolation resistors, and transformer interfaces, ensuring reliable data transmission. They are suitable for use with Remote Terminals, Bus Controllers, or Bus Monitors. The data bus passes through the coupler, connecting to two main connectors, with additional stub connections for device integration. Unused stub connections remain unterminated. For bus configurations ending at a coupler, an external termination resistor is required. Bel Fuse / Cinch also offers complementary products for MIL-STD-1553 data bus links, including terminators, RFI Caps, cables, and cable assemblies.
