The Cinch DMS-TPTM Dry-mated Sealed Connectors are designed to meet the highest safety standards for harsh environment applications. Developed as a solution for challenges in the Oil and Gas industry, these connectors offer proven effectiveness in demanding conditions with prolonged exposure to oil, gas, sand, mud, hydrocarbons, and salt. They are ideal for environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, pressure variations, high humidity, and intense vibration. These dry-mated sealed connectors deliver high performance and cost efficiency, featuring nickel-plated brass shells for excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and resistance to biological fouling. Reliable water tightness is ensured by two O-rings in the coupling interface. The scoop-proof design allows for blind mating and enhances pin integrity, making them a reliable choice for harsh or demanding environments against physical and environmental conditions.
