HPI/LAI Series
The HPI/LAI Series offers the most customer-configurable cable assemblies, with options for phase matching and custom marking available upon request. These assemblies can be configured with high-performance HP cable series or low-attenuation LA cable series, featuring a wide selection of interfaces and cable jackets. All connectors are designed to meet MIL-C-39012 standards and ensure optimal cable fit and transition. Applications extend up to 50GHz.
HPT Series
The HPT Series is available with high-performance HP cable series and features a heavy-duty, hot-molded rubber boot for exceptional strain relief and extended lifespan. Connectors are specially designed for excellent adhesion to the boot, and all interfaces meet MIL-C-39012 standards. This series is ideal for lab and production testing and high flexure applications up to 50GHz.
DKF Series
The DKF Series is available with high-performance HP190S cable and features a heavy-duty slip-on rubber boot for strain relief. Connectors are designed for excellent adhesion to the boot, and all interfaces meet MIL-C-39012 standards. Available in standard lengths with straight male connectors, this series is stocked by distributors for lab and production applications up to 18GHz.
SWI Series
The SWI Series offers a higher performance alternative to RG series cable assemblies, available with SW series cable. All interfaces meet MIL-C-39012 standards. This series is ideal for in-box or in-cabinet applications up to 18GHz.
KW Series
The KW Series offers ultra-low attenuation comparable to rigid, corrugated, air-dielectric cables, combined with higher power ratings and exceptional flexibility. Featuring a copper clad aluminum conductor and a pliable polyurethane jacket, these cables are suitable for tight installation spaces like cabinets and airframes, reducing system integration costs. Applications include those requiring improved flexibility over corrugated cables, tight installation spaces, ultra-low loss, and high power, up to 14GHz.
SW Series
The SW Series provides low-loss cable solutions that bridge the gap between lower-performance RG cables and high-performance options. Utilizing microporous PTFE dielectrics and a simple double braid construction, this series offers exceptional electrical performance and simplified connector attachments for cost reduction. Cable sizes SW060, SW086, and SW150 can be assembled with standard semi-rigid or RG style crimp-on connectors. Ideal for RF and MW applications requiring interconnects for racks, cabinets, enclosures, miniature flex cable diameters, broad temperature extremes, and tight bends.
SM Series
The SM Series offers a flexible alternative to semi-rigid cable, utilizing the same connectors and assembly tooling as 0.086 and 0.141 versions. This eliminates the need for complex 3D drawings, leading to cost savings and accelerated time to market. It is ideal for applications such as military ECM and guidance systems, commercial antennas, and communication systems where compact or densely-spaced coaxial interconnects are required. Applications include semi-rigid replacement, military and commercial applications, densely packed cable systems, communication systems, and commercial antennas.
