BUCCANEER FOR POWER Standard Buccaneer Circular Power Connectors
The BUCCANEER FOR POWER Standard Buccaneer series offers robust and reliable circular power connectors designed for demanding applications. These connectors feature a compact design with a diameter over the coupling ring of 38mm. They are engineered for high IP ratings, including IP68 tested at 1.054kg/sq cm (15lb/sq in) at 10m depth for 2 weeks and 9.84kg/sq cm (140lb/sq in) at 100m depth for 12 hours, and IP69K tested in accordance with DIN 40050/Part 9. They provide water and dustproof protection to IP68 when mated. Available in various body styles such as flex cable, inline cable, panel mount (front and rear), PCB mount, bulkhead, and flange mount, these connectors offer versatility. Key features include a leading earth contact for the 3-contact socket version, positive locating keyways to prevent mis-connection, and easy assembly without special tools for screw terminal versions. Sealing caps are available to maintain the IP68 rating of unmated connectors. The series also supports color-coded identification variants and pre-wired, overmoulded cable assemblies. Approvals include UL, CSA, and VDE, along with EN60068-2-52 Test Kb Salt Mist (Cyclic) Marine Severity Level 1.

The PX0777 Sealed Cable Joiner offers IP68 and IP69K rated inline connections. It is available in 4, 6, or 8-way terminal block configurations with a standard cable acceptance of 6-8mm, and 3.5-9mm with alternative glands. Available in Black or Orange.
