Instruction upon usage of ZIF Easy-On Type:
- Use the thumb or the forefinger, raise the top cover up.
- FPC gets along with conductivity down. Insert it parallel into the connector.
- Press the top cover lightly and rotate down to position, until FPC is totally inserted and not moved.
- Lift the top cover carefully, withdraw FPC.
Warnings:
- The whirling angle can't be greater than 120 degrees.
- When the angle that FPC inserts in is askew, it may cause electrical discontinuity.
- The strength of dragging upwards don't exceed 0.04N/pin max.
- While opening the connector and lifting the cover, don't use excessive strength and avoid touching the terminals.
