Product Placement:

• Place finished products one by one into the blister tray, ensuring consistent orientation.
• Place products in the specified direction during packaging.
• Each vacuum tray holds 100 finished products.

• Each tray is topped with a cover and wrapped with PE film 3-6 times to form a bundle.
• Total of 10 bundles per carton (10 bundles * 500 pcs/bundle = 5000 pcs).
• PE film wrapping can be customized (e.g., cross shape, equal sign shape, grid shape) per customer requirements.
• Material labels are affixed to each bundle as per customer requirements.

• Each carton can hold 5000 finished products.
• Seal the carton after packing.
• Any partially filled cartons must be filled with void filler.
• Special packaging requirements from customers will be followed, with prior notification to all relevant departments.
