The HIROSE ZH05 Series is a compact 0.5mm pitch wire-to-board connector designed for space-saving applications. It features a 2mm pitch and incorporates a short-circuit and electric shock prevention design, utilizing female contacts on the board-side receptacle with live parts fully enclosed in resin. This series offers high temperature resistance up to 125, making it suitable for demanding environments like automotive applications. Enhanced reliability is achieved through a high vibration resistance design with a 3-point contact system and dual springs. The receptacle is also designed for potting applications, preventing resin inflow to the contact area. It supports multiple mating keys (A and B) to prevent misfitting and is compatible with wire gauges from 22 to 26 AWG.
