Product Overview
The ITT Cannon APD series, compliant with ISO 15170 (formerly DIN72585), offers a versatile range of full-plastic, direct, in-line, and bulkhead connectors designed for harsh environment applications. Originally developed for transportation, off-road, and special vehicle markets, these connectors are also suitable for military and industrial applications requiring compact and lightweight solutions. The APD series provides power solutions from 1 to 2-way, up to 51-way interface connectors, and specialized sensor or PCB versions, with flexible platforms for customized solutions. They meet stringent requirements for resistance to engine, transmission, and brake fluids, with high sealing grades up to IP69K and robust vibration resistance. Important note: These connectors are not designed to be disconnected under load.
