Usage Instructions & Warnings
Joining Step 1: Use thumb or forefinger to lift the top cover upwards.
Joining Step 2: Insert FPC with conductive side down, parallel into the connector.
Joining Step 3: Lightly press the middle of the top cover and rotate down to secure, ensuring FPC is fully inserted and not moved.
FPC Removal: Carefully lift the top cover and withdraw the FPC.
Warnings:
- Do not rotate the cover more than 135 degrees.
- Ensure FPC insertion angle is not skewed to prevent poor conductivity.
- Upward pulling force should not exceed 0.05N/pin max.
- Avoid using excessive force when opening the cover and do not touch terminals.
- Do not use excessive force when opening FPC and avoid touching terminals.
- Apply pressure evenly.
- Do not attempt removal or re-positioning of the actuator.
- Lift the cover area evenly.
- PCB flatness must be within 0.1mm max.
