Operation Instructions

Joining:

  1. Step 1: Insert the FPC with the actuator opened.
  2. Step 2: Ensure the FPC is fully inserted and not moved. Press the actuator and rotate down to secure.

FPC Removal:

  1. Lift the actuator.
  2. Withdraw the FPC.

Warnings

  • The rotation angle of the actuator should not exceed 90 degrees.
  • Apply pressure evenly and to the center of the actuator.
  • Lift the actuator from its center.
  • The flatness of the PCB board must be within 0.1mm max.
  • Do not flip the actuator without an FPC inserted.

Infrared Reflow Condition

Note: Please check the re-flow soldering condition by your own devices beforehand, as conditions can change based on soldering devices, PCBs, and other factors.

Typical Reflow Profile:

  • Peak Temp: 250C MAX. (3 Sec. or less)
