Operation Instructions
Joining:
- Step 1: Insert the FPC with the actuator opened.
- Step 2: Ensure the FPC is fully inserted and not moved. Press the actuator and rotate down to secure.
FPC Removal:
- Lift the actuator.
- Withdraw the FPC.
Warnings
- The rotation angle of the actuator should not exceed 90 degrees.
- Apply pressure evenly and to the center of the actuator.
- Lift the actuator from its center.
- The flatness of the PCB board must be within 0.1mm max.
- Do not flip the actuator without an FPC inserted.
Infrared Reflow Condition
Note: Please check the re-flow soldering condition by your own devices beforehand, as conditions can change based on soldering devices, PCBs, and other factors.
Typical Reflow Profile:
- Peak Temp: 250C MAX. (3 Sec. or less)
- Min Temp: 230C MIN. / 20~40 Sec.
