The AMPLIMITE .050 Series Connectors offer a high-density D-type interface with a .050 x .100 [1.27 x 2.54] centerline. This versatile portfolio includes right-angle and vertical D-sub connectors with three mating face options: flat face, latch block, and latch block with rails. Available in 20 to 120 positions, these connectors utilize gold-plated tab and tuning fork contacts. Cable connectors feature insulation displacement contact (IDC) termination for discrete wire or ribbon cable, while board versions offer solder and compliant pin terminations. All connectors are constructed with metal shells for EMI/RFI shielding and high durability. Applications include industrial machinery, medical instrumentation, computers and peripherals, data storage, and communication equipment.
