The FH52 Series FPC/FFC ZIF Connectors offer a highly reliable connection with a robust structure, designed to meet the demand for higher contact counts and exceptional strength. These connectors feature an FPC positioning mechanism for enhanced reliability and a secure connection within a durable design. Variations include long metal fittings for easy visual inspection of solder posts, 125C heat resistance for automotive applications, and a 2-point contact structure to reduce failures from dust intrusion. Operations are simplified with a flip lock mechanism providing a clear tactile click upon successful mating. Increased retention force is achieved through side catch technology and tabbed FPC/FFC. These connectors accept standard 0.3mm thick FPC/FFC and feature a fully molded structure that aids PCB layout by protecting contacts and removing design restrictions. They are halogen-free and support automatic pick-n-place mounting, available in tape and reel packaging.
