Product Overview

The FH23 Series connectors are designed for Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC) with a 0.3mm contact pitch and a low profile of 1.25mm above the board. They feature Hirose Electric's unique low insertion force (LIF) and high holding force design, ensuring reliable FPC retention. The connectors offer temporary hold of the FPC, simplifying actuator closing. Their easy board mounting is facilitated by staggered surface-mounted terminations and an insulated bottom surface, allowing PCB traces to run underneath. The proven flip-lock actuator provides easy and reliable operation with tactile confirmation of locking. Available in lead and leadless termination types, these connectors are designed for automated placement with a flat top surface for vacuum pick-up and are supplied in embossed tape on reels of 2,500 pieces. They accept 0.2mm thick FPC and are available in various contact positions from 15 to 71.
