Product Overview
The HIROSE FH52 Series is a 0.5mm/1.0mm pitch, 2.0mm height FPC/FFC connector featuring a bottom contact and front flip design. It offers highly reliable connection and robust design with enhanced connector body strength and secure actuator retention. The series includes product variations to meet diverse needs, such as long solder tabs for visual inspection, 125 heat resistance for automotive applications, and a 2-point contact design for preventing connection failures. The flip lock mechanism simplifies operation with a clear tactile click, and high FPC/FFC retention force is achieved through tabbed FPC/FFCs and a position alignment design. The connector accepts standard 0.3mm thick FPC/FFC, has no pattern prohibited area on the bottom for enhanced board design flexibility, and complies with Halogen-free standards. It supports automatic pick & place mounting and is available in 3,000pcs or 500pcs per reel packaging.
