FH19C & FH19SC Series: 0.5mm Pitch, 0.9mm Height FPC/FFC Connectors
The FH19C and FH19SC Series are low-profile, 0.5mm pitch FPC/FFC connectors designed for miniaturized portable equipment and personal mobile devices. These connectors offer a height of 0.9mm and a width of 3mm, significantly reducing PCB footprint and connector weight compared to previous models. A key feature is the ability for conductive traces to run under the connector due to its solid bottom surface with no exposed contacts. The proven Flip-Lock actuator system ensures easy and reliable operation, with tactile feedback confirming complete locking. These connectors accept 0.2mm and 0.3mm thick FPC/FFC and are designed for automated assembly with flat upper surfaces and tape-and-reel packaging. They are available with 4 to 50 contact positions and satisfy Halogen-free requirements.
