The FMS series connectors are miniature, surface-mountable (SMT) connectors designed for high-density packaging in electronic products. With a low profile of 2.8 mm and a pitch of 1.0 mm, they are ideal for space-constrained applications. The connectors feature double-sided contacts for reliable connection even under vibration and a simple snap-in action for secure FFC insertion. Their heat-resistant housing is suitable for reflow soldering, and reinforcing solder tabs prevent lifting during mating and unmating. Supplied on embossed tape, they facilitate automatic mounting.
