The Panasonic Y5B/Y5BW series FPC/FFC connectors offer a 0.5 mm pitch, low-profile, and space-saving design ideal for mobile devices and industrial equipment. Featuring double top and bottom contacts, these connectors allow wiring patterns to be placed underneath, reducing assembly time and effort. The Y5BW model provides an enhanced lock hold type with superior holding force. These connectors support high-speed transmission standards like V-by-One HS and are available in models rated for ambient temperatures up to 105C. They are constructed to prevent FPC displacement with wall molding around the inlet and feature FPC holding contacts for secure positioning.
