The RUGGED TIGER EYE Systems (1.27 mm / .050" Pitch) are high-density, four-row connectors designed for demanding applications. They offer a range of ruggedizing options including screw down, locking clip, friction latching, and weld tab, ensuring secure connections in harsh environments. These connectors are available in shrouded, polarized, and keyed configurations for reliable mating. They support both surface mount and through-hole termination styles, with discrete wire assemblies offered in single or double row configurations using 28 and 30 AWG PVC or Teflon Fluoropolymer. Cable components and tooling are available, and the series is Severe Environment Testing qualified, aligning with MIL-DTL-55302. IDC cable assemblies with rugged strain relief are also available.
