BNC RF Connectors (50 ohm/75 ohm)
The Tyco Electronics BNC RF connector family features a bayonet locking coupling for reliable, quick connect/disconnect coaxial connections. These connectors offer exclusive single and O crimp terminations for positive insulation grip without soldering, resulting in low overall applied cost. Available in both 50 and 75 ohm versions, the family includes various styles such as cable plugs and jacks, adapters, and printed circuit board connectors. Connectors are also available in field-replaceable and twist-on styles. They accept a wide range of coaxial cables and are intermateable with industry-standard connectors designed to MIL-C-39012 specifications. Tyco Electronics also provides low-cost commercial alternatives and a consumer series with automated center contact crimp technology, offering comparable mechanical and electrical performance to mil-specifications.
