Product Overview
The SBE80 and SBO60 connectors build upon the capabilities of the two-pole SB connectors, offering up to 80 Amps of primary power and the flexibility of up to 8 auxiliary power/signal contacts. These connectors feature an IEC 60950 touch-safe housing, ensuring minimized contact with live circuits. The center of the main connector can accommodate various auxiliary connectors, including PP15-45, PPMX, or the innovative 1x4 auxiliary connector. This design enables intelligent power switching, CAN and interlock loop circuitry, and power delivery up to 20 amps per pole. The silver-plated wire contacts support UL-rated currents up to 80 amps per pole and up to #4 AWG (25 mm) wire size, offering excellent electrical performance and durability for up to 10,000 mating cycles.
