The Stewart Connector 60300 Series Jacks are engineered for 2.5G, 5G, and 10GBase-T Ethernet applications, offering a singular, simplistic design to accommodate all Ethernet requirements. This series is notable for being the only manufacturer to provide reliable 10GBase-T Ethernet in a passive connector application, featuring electrical performance characteristics essential for delivering these high-speed signals. The 60300 series is also capable of performing in 2.5G and 5GBase-T devices designed to operate over existing structured cabling systems. Its unique contact design effectively addresses crosstalk and return loss issues common in high-frequency applications. The compact design boasts the smallest footprint available, making it a robust solution for PCB space constraints. Versions are available in 45-degree, 90-degree, and 180-degree orientations, both shielded and unshielded. These jacks are compatible with Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, supporting power requirements from 15W to 100W. Non-LED options are IR reflow compatible, and all connectors feature selectively plated contacts with 50 micro-inches of gold and are RoHS compliant.
