Product Overview

The EXPlora EXP Series offers circular power connectors designed for hazardous or explosive atmospheres, suitable for manufacturers of ancillary electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, lighting equipment, and process and control gear. Independently tested for compliance with ATEX standards for use in Zone 2 and Zone 22 environments, these connectors provide environmental sealing to IP68. They are constructed from a tough, high-grade UL94V-0 rated Polyester material and feature positive locating keyways to prevent mis-connection. The series includes various body styles, contact configurations, and cable acceptance ranges, with options for leading earth contacts and trailing neutral on specific configurations.
