Product Overview

The Bel Magnetic Solutions 1GBT, 2.5GBT, and 5GBT 60W & 100W 4-pair Power over Ethernet (PoE) Single Port MagJack ICMs are designed to enable customers to upgrade product performance for maximum power delivery, offering up to 100W or 1A over standard Ethernet cable. These components allow for doubling power handling in existing applications while maintaining standard Ethernet speeds and are backward compatible with existing Ethernet networks. Ideal for next-generation access points and IP cameras, these ICMs can transmit or receive 0 to 100W of power per port over all 4 pairs of the Ethernet cable, preserving the bandwidth of NBASE-T compliant 1GBT, 2.5GBT, or 5GBT Ethernet signals. They function as either Power Source Equipment (PSE) or Powered Devices (PD) and are compatible with major Multi-rate PHYs, including current-mode and voltage-mode variants. These products adhere to industry-standard footprints and pin-outs, are backward compatible to slower speeds and lower powers, and comply with NBASE-T and IEEE 802.3bz requirements.
