Operation Instructions
Step 1: Use thumb or forefinger to lift the top cover upwards.
Step 2: Insert FPC with conductive side down, parallel to the connector.
Step 3: Lightly press the top cover and rotate down to secure, ensuring FPC is fully inserted without movement.
Step 4: To withdraw FPC, carefully lift the top cover and slide out the FPC.
Warnings
- Rotation angle of the cover should not exceed 120 degrees.
- Excessive FPC insertion angle may cause poor conductivity.
- Upward pulling force on FPC should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
- Avoid using excessive force when opening the connector cover to prevent contact with terminals.
