Infrared Reflow Condition
Temperature Profile:
- Pre-Heat: Max 150C
- Time above 230C: 20-40 seconds
- Peak Temperature: Max 250C (for 3 seconds or less)
- Total time at or above 230C: 60-90 seconds

Usage Instructions
Actuator Operation:
- Lift the top cover upwards using thumb or forefinger.
- Insert the FPC with conductive fingers facing down, parallel to the connector.
- Press the top cover lightly and rotate down until fully seated and FPC is secured.
- To withdraw, carefully lift the top cover and then remove the FPC.
Warnings:
- Rotation angle of the cover should not exceed 120 degrees.
- Inserting FPC at an excessive angle may cause discontinuity.
- Upward pulling force on FPC should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
- Avoid excessive force when opening the cover to prevent contact with terminals.
