Conditions:
- Pre-Heat: 150C MAX. (60 sec)
- Time above 230C: 20-40 sec
- Peak Temperature: 250C MAX. (3 sec or less)
Usage Instructions (Flip-Top Type)
- Step 1: Use thumb or forefinger to lift the top cover upwards.
- Step 2: Insert FPC with conductive fingers facing down, parallel to the connector.
- Step 3: Lightly press the top cover down and rotate to lock, ensuring the FPC is fully inserted and not moved.
- Step 4: To withdraw FPC, carefully lift the top cover and then withdraw the FPC.
Warnings:
- Rotation angle must not exceed 120 degrees.
- Excessive FPC insertion angle may cause poor conductivity.
- Upward pulling force should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
- Do not use excessive force when opening the connector cover to avoid touching the terminals.
