The Cinch DMS-TPTM Dry-mated Sealed Connectors are engineered to meet the highest safety standards for harsh environment applications. Designed to overcome challenges in the Oil and Gas industry, these connectors offer proven effectiveness in demanding conditions, including prolonged exposure to oil, gas, sand, mud, hydrocarbons, and salt. They are ideal for environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, pressure, humidity, and intense vibration. These dry-mated sealed connectors deliver high performance and cost efficiency. Featuring nickel-plated brass shells for excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and resistance to biological fouling, they ensure reliable water tightness through two O-rings in the coupling interface. The scoop-proof design facilitates blind mating and enhances pin integrity, making them a reliable solution for harsh or demanding environments against physical and environmental conditions.
