Storage and Handling
- Storage Conditions: Ambient temperature -20 to +40, relative humidity 80%, free from corrosive gases.
- Shelf Life: 6 months. Re-qualification required after 6 months.
- Handling Caution: Plastic components are hygroscopic. Avoid exposure to temperatures >30 and humidity >60% RH after opening packaging. Use within 24 hours after opening to prevent foaming and deformation during reflow/wave soldering.
Packaging and Transportation
- Packaging: Terminals in tape reel, housing in plastic shell packaging, headers in tape reel, bag packaging. Includes certificate with product name, specifications, quantity, and date. Exterior carton with packing list. Products secured within the box to prevent rocking.
- Transportation: Any vehicle is acceptable. Must be protected from moisture, direct sunlight, impact, and extrusion. Transport temperature: -20 to +50.
