Power distribution blocks featuring finger safe IP20 protection EATON PDBFS377 for industrial control panel
Finger-Safe Power Distribution Blocks
The Bussmann series PDBFS_ power distribution blocks offer IP20 finger-safe protection, high Short-Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) up to 200 kA, and a modular design. These UL Listed, single-pole blocks can be ganged together to form multi-pole configurations, meeting UL 1953 minimum spacing requirements for feeder circuit applications and NEC for field installations. They are designed to resolve common SCCR "weak links" in industrial control panels, ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA requirements. Featuring dual-wire rated ports for copper or aluminum conductors and panel or 35 mm DIN-Rail mounting, these blocks are suitable for wireways and industrial control panel feeder and branch circuits.

* 75C wire (higher temperature rated wire acceptable with appropriate derating). Using a ferrule on a stranded conductor requires a correctly sized UL Listed ferrule (customer supplied) applied according to the manufacturers specifications. Ferrule ratings apply to copper wire only.
** See pages 4 and 5 for the tested upstream overcurrent protective devices necessary for achieving these SCCRs.
Torque rating for dual wire and ferrule application is 30.5 Nm (270 Lb-in).
Torque rating for ferrule application is 13.6 Nm (120 Lb-in).
