Product Overview
The DF60 Series 10.16mm pitch Wire-to-Board Connectors are designed for internal power supply applications, offering high current capacity up to 65A with an 8 AWG single position connector. Key features include a secure locking mechanism for complete mating, a highly reliable 5-point contact structure, and a molded lance design to prevent tangled wires. These connectors also incorporate mis-insertion prevention for headers, a design to prevent short-circuits between contacts, and are constructed with glass-reinforced resin to prevent solder cracks. Compliant with UL, C-UL, TV, and Glow Wire specifications, they are available in finger-safe types for electric shock prevention. Applications requiring a high level of reliability, such as automotive, are specifically mentioned.
