The DF53 Series is a 0.6mm pitch, compact, and robust wire-to-board connector designed for space-constrained applications. It offers a low profile with a height of 1.45mm and a depth of 3.55mm, making it the industry's smallest crimp connector in its class. This series supports up to 1.3A for power applications and is rated for 32 AWG cable sizes. Key features include a robust design for secure cable wiring with high lance strength, a double lock mechanism (friction lock and contact lock) for high mating retention force, and a box-shaped contact design to prevent deformation. It also incorporates a visual confirmation system to prevent incomplete mating and is Halogen Free.
