DF1B Series 2.5mm Pitch Connector for Discrete Wire Connection
The DF1B Series from HIROSE ELECTRIC is a 2.5mm pitch connector designed for discrete wire connection, featuring a novel combination of Insulation Displacement (IDC) and crimping contact technologies. This allows for the mixing of cables with different current capacities within a single connector housing, enhancing maintenance with replaceable contacts and ensuring high reliability through insulation displacement area protection. The system is designed for cost-effectiveness, requiring only an applicator change on existing crimping machines for IDC connection.
