The HIROSE DF62W Series is a water-resistant, slim in-line connector designed for internal wiring in space-constrained applications. Its sleek, contour design and grid-pattern contact arrangement minimize diagonal distances and body slimness, saving precious space and preventing tangles. The absence of exposed metal eliminates the risk of electrical arcing within metal conduits. Featuring a secure friction lock with a tactile click and visible lock design, it ensures complete mating and prevents disconnection. The connectors offer reliable two-point contact and robust contact design to protect against damage during handling. Available in various configurations, including in-line and pin header types, and compatible with a wide range of cable sizes. The DF62W series also offers IP67 level water-resistance in mated condition and a panel waterproof type for enhanced environmental protection. Applications include E-bike drive units.
