The DF63 Series is a 15A, 3.96mm pitch wire-to-board connector designed for internal power supply applications. It features a secure mating mechanism with a tactile click, preventing incomplete connections. The series offers protection against incorrect insertion of crimp contacts, reverse mating, and incorrect mating between different pin counts. Keying options are available to prevent accidental connections when using multiple connectors on the same board. The connectors are suitable for potting up to 5mm and utilize glass-reinforced resin in the pin header to prevent solder cracks. They are ideal for high-reliability applications such as automotive.
