Product Overview

The 3M I/O Interconnect System 2.0 mm for IEEE 1394 is a right-angle, upright, through-hole plug (male) designed for reliable and repetitive connections. Featuring a robust ribbon style contact, body tabs for lateral support and shield grounding, and 360 shielding for excellent EMI protection, this system conserves PCB real estate. It is polarized for proper cable insertion and is vibration resistant. The six contacts can carry signal or power up to one amp per pin. This plug mates to the IEEE 1394 Wiremount Receptacle (TS-2296).
