Product Overview
The patented Anderson SBS connector family is engineered for high-power delivery within a compact, ergonomic housing. Designed with protection against accidental contact with live circuits, these connectors are particularly crucial for applications involving DC voltages exceeding 30 volts. Available in wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations, SBS connectors offer power contacts rated up to 110 amps. The SBS 75X variant includes up to 4 mate-last, break-first auxiliary power/signal contacts rated up to 20 amps. The SBS 75G features a third, first-mate, last-break ground or power contact. All contact positions are rated for circuit interruption, enabling hot plugging. Key advantages include a touch-safe interface compliant with IEC 60950, versatile wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations, and integrated ground or auxiliary positions within a single housing for comprehensive connection solutions.
