The Jones Plugs/Sockets Series 2400 offers a versatile solution for cable-to-cable and cable-to-panel applications, designed for medium-duty use. These connectors feature polarized housings to prevent incorrect insertion, with plugs equipped with projecting flat blades and sockets featuring recessed twin bellows for robust contact. Strain relief is provided by zinc and clear iridite-plated steel cable clamps. The bifurcated bellows socket contact ensures maximum connection with the blade through four flexing surfaces. Recessed pockets with barriers around the contacts and a shoulder extending around the mating face provide a finished appearance and protection. These connectors intermate with existing 400 Series Products on the market and are UL Recognized and CSA certified.
