The Kycon K99X Series IDC D-Subminiature Connector is designed for reliable data and signal transmission in demanding environments. Featuring a robust metal construction with bright tin shells for exceptional conductivity, grounding, and EMI/RFI shielding, this connector is ideal for applications in computer peripherals, data processing, telecommunications, industrial controls, and local area networks. Indentations on the metal plug shells enhance grounding and mating retention. The connector is compatible with automatic assembly machines and meets the requirements of MIL-C-24308, EIA RS-232, and RS-449 standards. It supports flat cable or discrete wires with automatic assembly machine compatibility.
