The 6000 Series Buccaneer circular connectors offer a secure and quick mating and release mechanism with a 30 twist locking system. They provide tamperproof locking to prevent accidental un-mating and are rated IP66, IP68, and IP69K when mated, making them suitable for a wide range of dust and water-borne environments. Available in both all-plastic (UL94-V0 rated, UV stable, halogen-free) and metal body versions, these connectors are lightweight, self-extinguishing, and suitable for long-term outdoor use. They feature polarization and visual alignment aids for correct mating and a 'scoop proof' contact design to prevent damage during blind mating. The range supports mains power to signal applications and is available with 2 to 22 contacts, rated up to 16A and 277V.
