XLR Jack Specification

This specification applies to XLR jacks used in electronic products. The product is designed for a practical temperature range of -30 to +80 and a humidity range of 85% RH MAX. For preservation, the temperature range is -10 to +40 with 85% RH MAX, and the storage period should not exceed 180 days in an environment free of corrosive gases. The maximum rated voltage and current are 50V AC and 6A, respectively. The appearance should be free of scratches, soil, rust, or discoloration.

Resistance to soldering heatThe jack terminal should be dipped in solder. Temperature of solder: 2603. Dip time: 51 seconds.After the test, the plastic base should not be deformed and the terminals should not fall off the plastic base.
