7. Solderability / Resistance to soldering heatThe jack terminal should be dipped in solder: Temperature of solder: 2603. Dip time: 51 seconds.After the test, the plastic base should not be deformed and the terminals should not fall off the plastic base.
SolderabilityTemperature of solder: 2453C. Time of dip: 30.5 seconds.Coating of solder area should be more than 95%.
8. Environment test / Cold testPlace the housing for 96 hours at a low temperature of -30 3 C. Then, place it under standard atmospheric conditions for 1 hour and test.Appearance: No obvious change. Contact resistance: 50 m max. Insulation resistance: 500 M min. Withstand voltage: AC 1000V.
Heat testThe housing should be stored at a temperature of 802 for 96 hours. Then it should be subjected to standard atmospheric conditions for 1 hour and test.
Humidity testThe housing should be stored at a temperature of 403 with relative humidity of 90% ~ 95% for 96 h. Then it should be subjected to standard atmospheric conditions for 1 hour and test.Appearance: No obvious change. Contact resistance: 50m max. Insulation resistance: 500 M min. Withstand voltage: AC 1000V.
Temperature CyclingPlace the Jack under the conditions shown below and then place it in the stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Salt spray testTemperature: 35 2. Solution: 5 1%. Spray time: 24 hours. Wash and dry it at room temperature after the experiment.Appearance: No obvious rust.
9. Test condition / Standard conditionsTest and measurement temperature is between 15C and 35C, relative humidity is between 25% and 85%, atmospheric pressure is between 86 kPa and 106 kPa.
