Product Overview
The Jones Plugs/Sockets Series 2400 are designed for medium-duty cable-to-cable and cable-to-panel applications. These connectors feature polarized housings to prevent incorrect insertion, with plugs offering projecting flat blades and sockets providing recessed twin bellows for robust contact. Strain relief is provided by zinc and clear iridite-plated steel cable clamps. The bifurcated bellows socket contact ensures maximum surface contact with the blade, and recessed pockets with barriers protect the contacts. A shoulder around the mating face of both plugs and sockets offers a finished appearance when mounted. These connectors intermate with existing 400 Series Products.
