Safety and Usage Precautions
- Precautions for Safe Use: Do not drop, exceed ratings, use in locations with toxic gases, submersed in oil/water, subject to severe temperature changes, high humidity, vibration, shock, direct sunlight, or sea breeze. Do not wire to release holes. Do not tilt or twist screwdriver in release hole. Do not allow screwdriver to fall out. Do not bend wires excessively or pull with force. Do not place excessive force on terminal blocks. Do not insert more than one wire per hole. Mount adjacent terminal blocks with conductive parts facing the same direction. Confirm wire ratings and use appropriate wiring materials.
- Precautions for Correct Use: Always mount End Covers to exposed metal surfaces or adjacent different shaped terminal blocks to prevent electric shock. Do not subject terminal blocks or wires to stress during wiring. Secure wires to prevent resonance. Always turn OFF the power supply before wiring. Connect solid wires or ferrules straight into the terminal block. Use a flat-blade screwdriver for stranded wires. Gently pull wires after insertion to ensure secure fastening.

Recommended Ferrules
Various ferrules from Phoenix Contact, Weidmuller, and Wago are recommended for different wire sizes. Refer to the detailed specifications for exact part numbers and dimensions. For applicable wires 1.0 to 1.5 mm, use ferrules without insulation sleeves.
Mounting and Removal
- DIN Track Mounting: Press the terminal block against the DIN Track.
- DIN Track Removal: Use a screwdriver to catch the hook and move it in the specified direction.
- Short Bar Mounting: Insert and press the Short Bar into the designated holes.
- Short Bar Removal: Use a flat-blade screwdriver to lift the Short Bar from its groove.
- Labels: Remove and insert Top-surface or Side-surface labels. Note: Top-surface labels are not applicable to 3.5 mm width two-tier terminal blocks.
- End Cover: Attach to exposed metal surfaces or adjacent different shaped terminal blocks.
- End Brackets: Mount and remove similarly to terminal blocks.
- Separator Plate: Tighten or loosen the screw on the top surface to mount/remove.
